was developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates. It
is a system of movement that is done on a mat or specially designed equipment
and provides deep thorough conditioning and whole-body alignment. Pilates
improves core strength, flexibility, stability, agility and posture.
In our Personal Training program your movements are guided at each step
by a highly trained Pilates trainer who supports your workout by targeting
each exercise to your body's needs.
Core Movement Center has a unique Introductory Offer that allows
you to:

~Learn the foundational Pilates movements
~Experience exercises on the equipment to meet your needs and fitness
