It is a system of movement that is done on a mat or specially designed equipment and provides deep thorough conditioning and whole-body alignment. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, stability, agility and posture.

In our Personal Training program your movements are guided at each step by a highly trained Pilates trainer who supports your workout by targeting each exercise to your body's needs.
